Sisters Nicky and Simone have built the Zimmermann brand into one of Australia's most enduring and influential fashion labels. Nicky studied at East Sydney TAFE whilst Simone completed her studies at the University of Technology, Sydney. Their first taste of business partnership was running a stall at Paddington Markets 15 years ago, which gained them two pages of editorial in Australian Vogue.
Since then, the two have seen Zimmermann become a worldwide force, with stockists including Barney's, Saks, Bloomingdales, Intermix, Net-a-Porter and David Jones, as well as 12 flagship stores Australia-wide. Additionally they run Zimmermann Swim, mixing high-end fashion with swimwear. The sisters are a true example of two minds coming together and thinking big.
