Ashley Ringrose

Ashley Ringrose founded Soap Creative (soapcreative.com) an independent digital creative agency in 2002 and has seen it grow to a team of more than 60 people with offices in Sydney and LA.

An avid gamer and game creator Ash has been personally responsible for the game design and build of over 50 online "advergames" and overseen another 90 in the last few years ranging from small single play games to massive, multi-user games. Soap currently has several games in production right now including three original IP games for the iPhone and two large social games for clients.

Bradley Eldridge - Creative Director

As a Partner at Soap, Brad is responsible for business and management decisions for the company's growth and future. As Creative Director his responsibilities extend to nurturing the wider creative team and culture while managing a client portfolio that includes 3 Mobile, Streets, LYNX, 20th Century Fox, Activision and FOXTEL. His experience in graphic design, advertising and digital gives him the unique ability to conceive an idea and execute it. His hands-on approach ensures the client's vision is delivered with exceptional quality from beginning to end.
 
Brad has spoken at the AGIdeas conference in Melbourne. He has judged the IAB awards and AIMIA awards. He appeared on the Gruen Transfer Pitch segment. He has lectured at Charles Sturt University, St George TAFE, Enmore TAFE and regularly attends events at those institutions to sing the praises of digital as the No. 1 employment choice for students.
 
Recent award winning work includes a Silver Cyber Lion for FOXTEL's Feel Something campaign at Cannes and silver for LYNX Primate at the New York MIXX Awards.
