The Qantas Spirit Of Youth Awards offers visual artists aged 18 - 30 the chance to leap to the next level with a trip of a lifetime to The Edinburgh Arts Festival in August 2012. You'll also be offered a professional mentorship with internationally-respected curator, Elizabeth Ann Macgregor, Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, and did we mention $5,000 cash!

We're looking for original works that demonstrate your own point of view, and information on your experience or experiments in your chosen field - anything that shows us just how talented you are!

Eligibility: Australian Citizens with a portfolio of work aged 18 - 30
Related fields / disciplines: All styles and genres welcome. Painting. Mixed Media. Sculpture. Ceramics. Conceptual or Performance Art.
Prize: Trip to Scotland with an allowance for eight nights accommodation in Edinburgh, a ticket to The Edinburgh Arts Festival, plus $5,000 cash.
Professional Mentor: For twelve months you will be awarded a professional mentorship with internationally respected curator, Elizabeth Ann Macgregor

Entry criteria

Images should be high quality but web friendly and may be in JPEG, PNG, GIF or PDF. Moving images may be in MOV, MP4, AVI & FLV.
