Audio should be at a high bit rate and may be in MP3 or WAV format. Images should be high quality but web friendly and may be in JPEG, PNG, GIF or PDF. Moving images may be in MOV, MP4, AVI & FLV.
Make sure you spend a little bit of time uploading clear, good quality photographs of your band and any record covers or artwork, too, as well as good quality audio files of your work. It could make a big difference to your entry!
