Interactive Content & Gaming - a brand new category for SOYA 365 - saw an incredible array of entries and had the judges, mentors Ashley Ringrose and Brad Eldridge, in lockdown for weeks deciding on a winner. In the end all ten shortlisted entrants received Highly Commended status, but there could only be one Award given and this year it went to 18 year old Harry Lee.
Harry will be off to Austin, Texas for South by Southwest Interactive in March, as part of his prize package which also includes cash and a 12 month mentorship with Ashley & Brad (of award winning agency Soap Creative).
The two runners-up for 2012 were Tim O'Brien and Chris Watts , and the pool of entrants are still eligible to win $5k cash and $5k in flights in the People's Choice, which will be voted by the general public and will be the focus of SOYA 365 toward the end of 2012.
