Possibly Australia's busiest young producer, Scott Horscroft matches his impressive academic history with an arsenal of production credits and ARIA awards. Starting with an Honors degree in Visual Arts, a course in Digital Sound, and studies of Virtual Installations in Finland, he has since taken the Producer/Engineer reigns for Silverchair, The Presets, Jet, The Sleepy Jackson and The Panics amongst many others. As Director of internationally renowned Sydney studio Big Jesus Burger, he has also spent time on the other side of the studio wall, working on his conceptual sound performances and pieces such as 8 Guitar Compositions. Scott’s ability to transform an artistic vision into a sonic work of art, coupled with his experience within the Australian music scene, is invaluable to any artist wanting to take their ideas to the next level. |
